Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats

- 1/3 cup applesauce

- 1 egg

- ¼ cup skim milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- ¼ cup golden raisins

- ½ cup chopped walnuts

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well-combined.

2. Place heaping tablespoons on parchment-lined pan. Gently press with fork to slightly flatten.

3. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
