WEEK #2: WORKOUTS 3 & 4.

*BEYOND THIS, ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS AVAILABLE FOR $15/WEEK.
- All workouts are customized for each individual, and may be written to accommodate any setting (gym/home/etc.).
- All workout programs include access to pictures/videos of all included exercises, as well as daily/weekly check-ins (because we are all human and need some form of accountability!).
