The basic form of this package starts at $199 and consists of 2 workouts per week, completed in the following fashion:
- WEEK #1: WORKOUTS 1 & 2
- WEEK #2: WORKOUTS 3 & 4
- WEEK #3: WORKOUTS 5 & 6
- WEEK #4: WORKOUTS 7 & 8
- WEEKS 5-8: REPEAT SAME CYCLE AS WEEKS 1-4.

*BEYOND THIS, ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS AVAILABLE FOR $10/WORKOUT.
*GENERAL NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED WITH ANY 8-WEEK PROGRAM.
- All workouts are customized for each individual, and may be written to accommodate any setting (gym/home/etc.).
- All workout programs include access to pictures/videos of all included exercises, as well as daily/weekly check-ins (because we are all human and need some form of accountability!).
