Keesling Family Kabobs
Ingredients:
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup oil, olive or canola
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup, light
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Optional kabob additions: onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, pineapple
