Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 pint-sized container blueberries (about 125 blueberries)

- 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Working in 2 batches, gently fold berries into yogurt so they are fully coated.

3. Using a fork, scoop blueberries up and place them on a lined baking sheet.

4. Freeze for ~1 hour.
