Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 lemon, fresh
- Rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pan with olive oil, and place on stove top.
2. Heat chicken (with salt and pepper) in pan for 4-5 minutes.
3. Throw in sweet potatoes, rosemary and minced garlic.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over pan contents, then slice lemon and place on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
