Pizza Thins

Ingredients:

- Whole grain Saltines (or other whole grain cracker/rice cake)

- 4 tsp marinara sauce (low-sodium)

- 4 tsp mozzarella cheese, shredded

- Toppings of choice: steamed broccoli, sauteed zucchini, turkey pepperoni, shredded chicken, drained pineapple (any fruit or veggie toppings is great!)

Directions:

1. On each cracker, spread 1 tsp marinara sauce. Add other favorite toppings, and sprinkle with cheese.

2. Place on plate and microwave until cheese is melted, about 10 seconds.
