Crunchy Carrot Bites

Ingredients:

- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese

- 4 oz white cheddar cheese, grated

- 1 cup grated carrots

- ½ cup chopped walnuts

- Grape tomatoes

Directions:

1. In small bowl, mash together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and carrots with fork.

2. With moistened hands, shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped walnuts, then serve with tomatoes.
