Nutter Butter Energy Bites
Yield: 12 bites
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup natural nut butter (almond, cashew or peanut)
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup flaxseed, ground
- 2 Tbsp honey, raw
- 1 tsp cacao powder, raw
Directions:
1. Combine all 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so that mix is easier to roll into balls.
3. Roll mix into 12 bites. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
