Protein Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup natural, smooth nut butter (almond, cashew or peanut)

- ½ cup honey, raw

- 1 cup protein powder, chocolate

- ~2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk, vanilla

- Desired toppings (i.e., crushed nut pieces, coconut flakes)

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder and protein powder.

2. Add honey and nut butter. Mix together using a wooden spoon.

3. Add almond milk to bring ingredients together, so that mix is not crumbly.

4. Roll mix into balls, rolling each ball in desired toppings. If toppings do not stick, sprinkle water over brownie bites then roll in toppings once more.

5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge (aka- you can make these in advance too ).
