Ingredients:
- 4 oz ground turkey or cubed chicken
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- ¼ cup (each) onions, carrots, bell peppers- chopped
- ½ cup (each) mushrooms & broccoli- chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce, low-sodium
- 2/3 cup brown rice, measured and cooked
Directions:
